General Refund Policy.

At AnyPlates, we ensure fairness for customers, restaurants, and couriers through a transparent, verifiable refund process. Refunds can be requested within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time. Each claim is reviewed based on photographic proof and PIN confirmation at both pickup and delivery stages.

Restaurants are required to verify and photograph every order before it is bagged. This photo is uploaded to the app and serves as proof of order completeness. Customers can review the photo before pickup and must check with the restaurant if an item appears missing.

Refunds are approved only under the following conditions:

Missing Items: If an item is missing, customers must submit a claim, and the issue will be cross-referenced with the pre-delivery photo. If validated, the refund will be processed for the exact item value, including applicable taxes.

Incorrect Items: If the wrong items were delivered, the complaint will be compared against the restaurant's pre-delivery photo. Verified claims will result in a refund for the incorrect item(s).

Undelivered Orders: If the delivery PIN is not used, the order will be confirmed as undelivered, and a full refund will be issued, including taxes and delivery fees. If the delivery PIN has been provided, the order is considered delivered in full. Missing items can still be disputed, but undelivered claims will no longer apply.

Refund requests for personal preferences, such as cold food, taste, or delays caused by weather, traffic, or other external factors, will not be approved. If the pre-delivery photo shows all items verified and the bag sealed, refunds for missing or incorrect items will be denied.

Preventing Abuse: Customers with multiple unjustified refund requests will have their accounts flagged for abuse. Repeat offenders will no longer be eligible for refunds, and accounts may be banned at AnyPlates' discretion.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval and will be returned to the original payment method. All disputes involving customers, restaurants, and couriers will be resolved using photographic evidence, delivery PIN usage, and other verifiable records. AnyPlates' decision is final in all cases.
