We give restaurants full control over their business hours and Menu
availability, ensuring flexibility in managing daily operations.
Through our Merchant Partner App (KitchenOS), you can easily set and
adjust your operating hours, allowing customers to place orders only
when your restaurant is open and ready to fulfill them. Whether you
need to update hours for holidays, special events, or unexpected
closures, our platform allows for real-time changes to keep your
availability accurate.
Manage Orders.
Take complete control of your order fulfillment process directly
through our intuitive app. Track incoming orders in real-time, view
comprehensive order breakdowns with all customer specifications, and
provide live assistance to customers when needed. Our streamlined

Payouts & Marketplace Service Fee.
We ensure a reliable and transparent payment structure for our
restaurants partners. Payouts are made on an 8-day rolling basis, with
funds disbursed every Tuesday. Each payout accounts for sales from
From the Previous Monday to Current Monday of the payout week ,
providing restaurants with a predictable and consistent payment
schedule.

Service Fee Threshold
The $39.99 weekly service fee is only charged when you fulfill more than 35 orders within your weekly billing cycle. If you sell fewer than 35 orders in a week, you can use the App completely free of charge. This pay-as-you-grow model ensures you only pay when your business is thriving.
Credit Card Proccessing fees
A standard 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction fee applies to every order. These fees are paid directly to our payment processor (Stripe) and are not revenue for us. Each fee will be clearly itemized in your order sales summary for complete transparency.
Sales Tax Collection
We automatically calculate and collect applicable taxes on every order processed through our platform. These tax amounts are included in the customer's payment and clearly itemized in your order summary. While we handle the collection process, merchants remain responsible for remitting the collected tax amounts to the appropriate tax authorities.

Guaranteed Base Pay & Delivery Radius.
Your pay is straightforward and transparent. Every delivery starts
with a guaranteed flat fee of $10. That is the delivery fee the
customer paid to AnyPlates for delivering the order, plus any tips
added after delivery. Our service is streamlined with deliveries
capped at a 4 mile radius from the pickup location. With only a small
operational fee per order ($1.48 for shifts under 4 hours and $1.12
for shifts 4 hours or longer), you know your exact earnings upfront.
Plus, you will get paid every week on Tuesday for the previous cycle
which start on Monday and ends the next following Monday.

Courier Onboarding & Background Checks.
To get started, you will need to be 21, have the Right to Work in the
US, have a valid driver's license and a vehicle that meets our
delivery standards (Bikes for now since we are starting in NYC). You
must also have a smartphone (iPhone with iOS 18 or later) with the
AnyPlates Courier App (Helmets) installed and a reliable internet
connection for real-time order updates and navigation. Additionally,
all couriers must complete a background check through Checkr. There's
a one-time, non-refundable fee of $55 that you'll need to cover when
submitting your application. This fee goes directly toward your
background check, just a necessary step to keep our platform safe for
everyone. Once paid, we'll get your verification process started right
away.
Important Note
AnyPlates is a closed platform. No third parties, agents, or intermediaries can create an account for you or speak on your behalf. The only way to join is to download our App directly from the AppStore and submit your own application. Be aware of scammers who claim they can help you get an account or bypass our verification process these are fraudulent offers. Everything you need to become a courier is available right in our App.
Understanding Shifts.
We offer flexible delivery options with two simple shift models: up to
4 hours or up to 6 hours of active delivery time. Active time only
counts when you're actually delivering, from restaurant pickup to
customer dropoff. No schedules to follow, no blocked time slots.
Simply request a shift, get approved, and start delivering whenever
you want. Your active delivery time determines your service fee
calculation, putting you in control of your earnings. True
flexibility, transparent pay.
Important Note
To ensure platform security and personal accountability, all shift requests require verification through a live selfie. This simple process confirms you're the authorized account holder before approval. Your selfie is compared to your profile photo, if they match and your account is in good standing, your shift request will be approved. This verification protects both you and our customers by preventing unauthorized account sharing and rental schemes that have plagued other delivery platforms. Remember, you are personally responsible for all activity on your account, so this extra security step ensures only you can deliver under your name.
Order Assignment & Delivery Fulfillment.
Our radar system displays all available orders for pickup, giving
couriers the freedom to select and deliver orders as they come in.
Every order includes a guaranteed flat fee of $10 paid by the customer
plus any tips added after delivery. When you arrive at the restaurant,
orders are already prepared, ensuring minimal waiting time and faster
pickup and drop-offs.
Important Note
Once you pick up an order, you are expected to complete the delivery to the customer's given destination without unnecessary detours or delays. All orders are protected by a secure PIN system by default to prevent fraud and false claims. If the PIN is not used or if the order is not marked as delivered by AnyPlates (US, The Company), the order is considered not delivered. Our Support Team is here to help whenever you are delivering.
Acceptance Rate & Excellent Customer Service
When delivering with us, you choose which orders to Pick up & Deliver
from the available ones, so we do not track an acceptance rate.
Instead, we maintain a cancellation quota per day or shift. If you
unassign yourself from an order before pickup, it counts as a
cancellation, and you may cancel up to 6 orders in a day. This applies
both before and after pickup. Once you have collected an order from
the restaurant, if you cancel the delivery, you are responsible for
reimbursing the full fee the customer paid for the food in order to
work with us again since we must refund the food cost.
Important Note
We hold our couriers to high standards. If a customer reports behavior that is disrespectful or any action considered illegal under New York State law Or US Laws, your account will be deactivated at our discretion. Conversely, if you provide excellent service to our customers and partner restaurants, you will remain in good standing.

delivering the food. In exchange, couriers pay us a service fee for
each order delivered, with the maximum fee being $1.48 per order. This
model keeps our operations running smoothly while you earn more with
every delivery. Additionally, restaurants partners that sell more than
35 orders weekly pay a weekly fee of $39.99, further supporting the
platform.
